Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
