Line cook wanted in Claiborne County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Claiborne County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
