Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
