Sheet metal press operator — Glenn County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Glenn County, California. You will be based at a busy press shop. The role involves feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
