Now hiring: we are hiring a press machine operator in Saint Johns County, Florida. You will be based in a packaging factory. On the job you will handle: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter Requirements: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Full-time with occasional weekends.
