Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
