Immediate opening: we are hiring a waitress in Bama, Borno State. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
