Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Harrison County, Ohio. You will work at a busy bakery. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
