Café server wanted in Graves County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Graves County, Kentucky. The job is in a five-star hotel. On a typical shift you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; check back during the meal and handle special requests; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 5+ years on the tools preferred.
