Visual inspection operator — Hardee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Hardee County, Florida. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits The role involves: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing We offer $16 per hour plus benefits.
