Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota The role involves service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments.
