Deboner — Gujba

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Gujba, Yobe State. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦65,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
