Immediate opening: cnc setter-operator (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Lincoln County, Minnesota. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. On the job you will handle: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
