Paint booth operator — Meriwether County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Meriwether County, Georgia. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off.
