Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Bacon County, Georgia. You will work at a busy bakery. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Six days a week, one day off.
