Join our team: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Nash County, North Carolina. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. Day to day you will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge. You should have: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
