Kitchen steward — Berrien County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Berrien County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
