Dishwasher — Jos East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Jos East, Plateau State. You will be based at a banquet hall. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
