We are recruiting: we are hiring an order picker in Lamar County, Alabama. You will be based at a third-party logistics (3PL) depot. On a typical shift you will keep aisles, racking and the yard clean and free of obstructions; assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay; pack items into cartons and seal them with tape; operate a counterbalance or reach forklift to move pallets; put away stock into racking locations following FIFO; pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list. What we are looking for: • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
