Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Caddo County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
