Cnc lathe setter — Dougherty County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Dougherty County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection On the job you will handle: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
