Vacancy available: stitching operator (Kano State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stitching operator in Gezawa, Kano State. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. You will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
