Paint booth operator — Wilbarger County

Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Wilbarger County, Texas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts.
