Power press operator wanted in Habersham County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a power press operator in Habersham County, Georgia. You will work at a busy press shop. You should have: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Your main tasks: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
