Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Jefferson County, West Virginia. You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations The role involves keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
