Refrigeration technician — Seneca County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Seneca County, New York. The job is at a supermarket cold-chain site. Day-to-day duties: • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Valid driving licence for field call-outs At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
