Deboner — Arapahoe County

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Arapahoe County, Colorado. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
