Cnc lathe operator • Redwood County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Redwood County, Minnesota. You will work in a job-work machining unit. Day-to-day duties: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code 1+ years on the tools preferred.
