Day to day you will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; take site measurements of openings before fabrication.
