Escalator technician — Ido

Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Ido, Oyo State. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Run load and overload tests with test weights Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
