Heavy equipment operator wanted in Stone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Stone County, Arkansas. You will be based at a road-building project. You will backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift. What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Rotating shifts.
