Join our team: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Cheyenne County, Kansas. The role involves: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor What we are looking for: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
