Powder coating operator wanted in Wilson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Wilson County, North Carolina. You will work in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On the job you will handle: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Full-time with occasional weekends.
