Baker — Kewaunee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Kewaunee County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 3+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
