Bread baker — Finney County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Finney County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
