We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Buruku Local Government Area, Benue State. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
