Immediate opening: turning centre operator (Colorado)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Mineral County, Colorado. You will work at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection On the job you will handle: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
