On the job you will handle: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
