Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Highlands County, Florida. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 3+ years on the tools preferred.
