Urgent requirement: we are hiring a precision welder in Owerri Municipal, Imo State. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Own basic hand tools and PPE The role involves read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦80,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
