Urgent requirement: bread baker (Pennsylvania)

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Erie County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
