On the job you will handle: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
