Cnc turning machinist — Valley County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Valley County, Montana. You will work in a tool room. The role involves watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; write and edit G-code programs at the control; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges 2+ years on the tools preferred.
