Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Chikun, Kaduna State. Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Day-to-day duties: • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat Full-time, day shift.
