Safety inspector wanted in Pulaski County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety inspector in Pulaski County, Indiana. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Day-to-day duties: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges 1+ years on the tools preferred.
