Vacancy available: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Day-to-day duties: • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat Part-time with flexible hours.
