Foundry labourer wanted in Uruan

Join our team: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Uruan, Akwa Ibom State. On a typical shift you will mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
