Oven operator — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Washington County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
