Urgent requirement: shuttering fixer (Arizona)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Cochise County, Arizona. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
