Vacancy available: we are hiring a stitching operator in Storey County, Nevada. Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens You will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
